Improvements were recently completed at the Greenfield Creek island entrances.
Pond 1 Fountain
There is a problem with the fountain in pond 1. It has been removed for inspection. We will post an update as soon as we have more information.
Street Conditions
The combination of the rating given our streets plus the amount of funds available will determine if our streets get resurfaced this year.

Living in a subdivision at the city limits with ponds and surrounding woods requires a certain tolerance for nature.
Stairs on Pond 3
Mud jacking of the stairs has been completed October 20th.
Pond Rules
Please stay off the ice and out of the water. Currents can develop beneath the ice causing thinning in some areas.
