Pond 1 Fountain
There is a problem with the fountain in pond 1. It has been removed for inspection. We will post an update as soon as we have more information.
Pond Rules
Please stay off the ice and out of the water. Currents can develop beneath the ice causing thinning in some areas.

Our annual subdivision garage sale will again be held Mothers’ Day week-end, Friday and Saturday, May 12th & 13th, 2023, from 8 AM to 2 PM. If you have items you no longer want but hope someone else will love, display them in your garage and driveway.

Living in a subdivision at the city limits with ponds and surrounding woods requires a certain tolerance for nature.

The board will look at adding low-voltage lighting in front of the entrances to brighten and accent our Greenfield Creek signs
